IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- For international orders, it is mandatory to provide a valid ID at checkout (passport, driver’s license, or social security number). This information is used exclusively for logistics and accurate invoice processing, as required by customs authorities in the destination country.
- Santa Eulalia is not responsible for additional charges, taxes, or customs duties, which must be covered by the customer.
- The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are treated as “rest of the world.” If the customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Business days are calculated according to the official calendar of Barcelona.
- Orders with in-store pickup will be available for collection for a period of 30 days. If any issues arise, please contact our Customer Service team. After this period, returns or refunds will not be possible.
